Our appointed delivery companies have been chosen for their diligence and efficiency. SunSwitch BaskZone Ltd cannot be held liable for any consequential loss due to late delivery or failure to deliver by our appointed carrier. Liability in such cases is limited to the value of items that are shown not to have been received by you. In the event of loss or damage in transit, please notify us immediately on +44 (0)1424 883344 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. If we receive no such notification within 14 days, it will be deemed that you have accepted the items as satisfactory.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that goods received are carefully stored and handled before and during installation. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by careless handling or incorrect installation by customers or their agents. If there is any problem with the goods we have supplied, please contact us immediately to let us know what that is. We will endeavour to resolve the matter quickly, to the best of our ability, and in accordance with your legal rights.
If a product is to be returned due to it being defective or damaged on delivery, please notify us by email and we will issue you with a Returns Number so you can arrange to send it back to us with its original packaging. We must receive the product back within 14 days from when you notified us. Upon receipt of the product, we will replace or refund the price of the item; all costs incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us.
We are confident you will be completely satisfied with the goods you have purchased from SunSwitch BaskZone Ltd. However, should you wish to return an item for exchange or have decided it is not what you wanted, please contact us by email and request an Exchange Number. You will also need to arrange for it to be sent back to us with original packaging, complete and undamaged, within 14 days of receipt. All such goods must be in ‘as new’ condition. This includes all accessories, manuals, fixings and product packaging. You do not have to give any reason for rejecting the goods, however, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer in the future. We will exchange or refund the cost of the returned item(s) and reserve the right to deduct a re-stocking charge of 20%. In the case of special order, clearance items and bespoke products, exchange or refund is not available unless the goods are in some way defective.
We recommend that all items returned to us be sent recorded trackable delivery with insurance paid as a minimum. We will not pay your costs of returning the item to us, unless the goods were delivered to you damaged or defective. Please ensure that the goods are adequately protected during transit back to us, as any damage incurred in this way will be deducted off any refund due.

Any refund due will occur within 5 days from the receipt of returned goods.
This Returns Policy does not affect your legal rights. Your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations remain unchanged.
Changes to these Terms
These Terms apply to business to consumer transactions and do not apply to business to business transactions. SunSwitch BaskZone Limited may change these Terms & Conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.
